A clear view of your Tajikistan operations

A local subsidiary can create a growing stream of invoices, bank transactions, employee changes and reporting requests. Your finance team needs to know which records are complete, what requires approval and which deadlines are approaching.

We help organise that work into a recurring process. You can outsource the agreed accounting functions or retain an internal team and use our support for selected tasks. The aim is consistent records and useful reporting, with responsibilities that both teams understand.

Build your monthly scope

Your proposal can cover the following work:

  • Bookkeeping: recording transactions, maintaining accounting registers and reconciling balances against supporting documents.
  • Tax reporting: preparing calculations and returns, tracking relevant filing dates and submitting agreed returns under the required authorisation.
  • Payroll: calculating salaries and applicable deductions and contributions from approved employment and attendance information; preparing payroll registers.
  • Financial reporting: preparing local financial statements and the management reports included in your engagement.
  • Head-office coordination: agreeing reporting templates, document workflows and the information needed by your group finance team.

IFRS reporting support, historical accounting corrections, cross-border tax advice and assistance during tax reviews can be discussed separately. Salary payments, payment approvals and bank access must be expressly assigned; payroll calculation alone does not include control of your bank account.

How we start

  1. Review your setup. Tell us the entity type, business activity, approximate transaction volume, employee count and existing accounting system.
  2. Agree the handover. Identify available records, opening balances, outstanding filings and work still held by the previous provider or internal team.
  3. Define the monthly routine. Confirm deliverables, input deadlines, approvals, reporting format and fees in the engagement.
  4. Run the reporting cycle. Provide source documents and payroll changes through the agreed process; review the reports and approve actions assigned to your team.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work with our overseas finance team?

Yes. We provide accounting support for foreign businesses and coordination with group finance teams. Share your reporting templates and preferred reporting language so we can agree the required outputs.

Can we outsource payroll only?

We can discuss a separate payroll scope. The proposal should define employee numbers, required input data, calculations, reports and the party responsible for payments.

Can you take over from our current accountant?

Yes, subject to reviewing the available records and agreeing a handover. Missing documents or historical corrections may require separate work before the recurring service is fully established.

Do you provide IFRS or group reporting?

We offer reporting support where required. Send your group instructions and reporting timetable; the format, adjustments and level of support will be specified in the proposal.

How is the service priced?

The scope depends on transaction volume, employee count, reporting requirements and the condition of existing records. Tell us which functions you want to outsource so we can prepare a relevant proposal.
