Reanda International Network
The Reanda brand was established by Reanda Certified Public Accountants («Reanda CPA»), a licensed accounting firm founded in Beijing in 1993. Today, Reanda CPA stands as a top-tier firm in China with over 30 offices and a workforce of 3,800 professionals.
Following the initial announcement of the Reanda International Network by Reanda CPA in 2009, Reanda International Investment (Beijing) Company Limited («RIIB») and its wholly owned subsidiary, Reanda International Network Limited, were established in Beijing and Hong Kong respectively in 2010. These two companies together serve as the administrative headquarters of the Reanda International Network.
In response to recommendations from the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) to grow in alignment with ASEAN, Reanda began establishing networking activities throughout Southeast Asia. The Reanda Network was formally launched on September 15, 2010, with seven founding member firms from China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Cambodia. As the first international accounting network originating from Asia with headquarters in Beijing, China, Reanda strives to assist member firms’ domestic clients in conducting international business while providing a springboard for foreign enterprises planning to explore business ventures in Asia.
