A sales operation, a project office and a business with local employees can have different requirements. The starting point is how you intend to operate: who signs contracts, who invoices customers, where decisions are made and which activities take place in Tajikistan.
We help you compare a local company with a branch or representative office and identify the questions to resolve before filing. The review considers ownership, activities, management, employment and reporting. If your immediate need is hiring, we can also discuss whether an EOR arrangement is relevant to the project.
The proposal identifies which services are included. Government charges, translations, notarisation and other third-party costs are distinguished from Reanda’s fees.
1. Define the project. Share the intended activity, founders, management and target start date.
2. Prepare the file. Agree the structure and assemble the documents needed for the engagement.
3. Complete the registration work. Submit the agreed application and address issues arising during the process.
4. Prepare to operate. Progress the bank application and the agreed accounting, tax and employment arrangements.
The project timetable separates document preparation, registration and bank review. Completion of registration does not by itself mean that a bank account is open or every operational approval is in place.
Your new business will need an organised flow of invoices, contracts, bank records and employee information. We can agree ongoing accounting, tax and payroll support alongside the registration engagement, or define a handover to your own team.

Can you support a foreign corporate founder?
Yes. Share the founder’s country of incorporation, ownership structure and proposed activity so we can identify the documents and review required for your project.
Which structure should we choose?
The choice depends on the planned activities, commercial arrangements and relationship with the parent business. We review those factors before proposing the registration scope.
How long will the full setup take?
We prepare the timetable after reviewing your project and document readiness. Preparation, filing and bank onboarding are separate stages; decisions by authorities and banks affect the overall schedule.
Can the project be handled remotely?
We can assess which registration steps can be handled through an authorised representative. Bank identification and other requirements are checked separately before confirming whether a visit is needed.
Is opening a bank account included?
Bank application support can be included in the proposal. The bank decides whether to open an account and may request additional information.
What does the price depend on?
The structure, number and type of founders, document preparation and additional services affect the scope. The proposal separates Reanda’s services from identified external costs.
Reanda International network membership, Forum of Firms information and our Clutch profile are listed on the homepage.
